The basics
What it is, common misconceptions
What's the difference between SEO, GEO, and AEO?+
In short: SEO helps Google find you, GEO helps AI understand you, and AEO lets your content become the direct answer to a question.
- SEO: focuses on indexing, rankings, and organic traffic, so you show up when customers are actively searching.
- GEO: makes sure AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini clearly know who you are and what your expertise is.
- AEO: uses answer-first question-and-answer content that AI and search engines can easily quote.
These aren't three separate tracks. I integrate all three into one approach.
How do ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity choose which sources to cite?+
Broadly speaking, AI favors content that is easy to understand, consistent, and credible. It draws on public information online to figure out who a brand is, what it offers, and whether other sources say the same thing.
So a clear site structure, consistent brand information, and credible outside sources all affect your chances of being understood and cited. Each platform has its own rules, they keep changing, and no one has them fully figured out.
My website has content, so why am I not getting any traffic?+
The problem usually isn't too few articles. It's that the technical setup, search intent, and brand signals aren't working together. Common issues include:
- What customers search for doesn't match what's on your site
- Back-end settings make important pages hard to index
- AI can see your content but doesn't recognize it as your brand
- A few scattered keywords instead of a complete area of expertise
Just because you can see it on screen doesn't mean Google and AI can actually understand it.
Does SEO still matter now that there's AI search?+
Yes. Your site's SEO foundation, content quality, and indexing are among the prerequisites for AI to understand you. GEO builds on SEO by strengthening brand signals and question-and-answer content. The two should be done together, not one instead of the other.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend or cite my brand?+
No, and no one can. AI platforms' answers and cited sources keep changing. What I can do is improve your site's readability, the consistency of your brand signals, your content quality, and source consensus, and use monitoring to find citation opportunities worth improving.

Benefits
Impact on revenue, costs and your team
How do SEO and GEO actually help my business?+
Most directly, they make you more likely to be found and understood when customers actively look for answers on Google or AI tools. This content and site structure keep building over time into your brand's own search assets, instead of resetting to zero once each month's spend is gone.
What's the difference between running ads and doing SEO/GEO?+
Ads buy exposure, so when the budget stops, the exposure usually stops too. SEO/GEO turns your website into search assets that keep building, which over time can reduce your reliance on ads and make customer acquisition costs easier to control. One doesn't replace the other. I'll recommend how to balance them based on your resources.
Will SEO increase my sales?+
Not necessarily. SEO/GEO gets the right people to find you and helps AI understand you. After that, whether customers inquire, buy, and come back depends on clear service pages, your sales process, and customer relationships. That's why I also look at whether you can convert people once they find you.
My business has been around for 20 years but I can't be found online. Will this help?+
This is exactly the kind of situation it's suited for. You have real expertise and loyal customers. What's missing is new customers seeing you when they search, and AI knowing who you are. Clearly organizing your expertise, services, and location information fills that gap.

How it works
Steps and deliverables
What does the SEO & GEO process look like?+
Diagnose first, then put each month's effort where it matters most:
- Website and market diagnosis: site health, competitors, audience, and search gaps
- Keyword and page planning: contracted keyword sets, search intent, and each page's job
- Technical and content execution: on-site recommendations and content completed in priority order
- Ranking and AI monitoring: keywords, indexing, content, and AI visibility
- Monthly review and optimization: summarize results and issues, then decide next steps
What's included in the service?+
Nine items in total, combined according to the depth of your plan:
- Technical foundation: full website audit, on-site SEO optimization, Schema and structured data markup
- Content and authority: keywords and search intent, SEO content creation, topical authority map
- AI and tracking: GEO/AEO setup, AI visibility monitoring, monthly reports and consulting recommendations
Every recommendation comes with the reason, the impact, and the order to do it in.
Do you make the on-site SEO changes, or do we make them ourselves?+
It depends on your website platform. If our team built your site, we make the changes directly in the back end. If you use Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or another self-hosted site, I'll provide a detailed list of optimization recommendations and implementation specs for your tech team to handle. Any extra development or cross-team work is scoped separately.
What does the free website audit check?+
It reviews your site's health, search content, and AI readability from three angles (Google search, AI search, and website technology) to see whether your site can be found and understood. A specialist then explains the issues and the right order of improvements.
What will I receive each month?+
Every plan includes a monthly report that summarizes results and issues and sets next steps. The Topical Authority Plan adds a quarterly topic strategy review, and the Flagship Project adds a monthly report on AI citation sources, competitors, and visibility.
What will I need to do during the engagement?+
Mainly three things: provide website admin access or a technical contact, confirm the keyword and content direction, and review expert content when asked. You know your industry best, so we need you to help make sure the content is accurate.
05
Pricing & terms
Prices, billing, what's included
How much does SEO & GEO cost?+
There are three plans, each with a 12-month minimum commitment:
- SEO Management Plan: from NT$28,000/month
- SEO Topical Authority Plan: from NT$35,000/month
- GEO × SEO Flagship Project: from NT$60,000/month
The exact scope is confirmed based on your website and needs.
Why is the minimum commitment 12 months?+
Because SEO involves technical fixes, publishing content, getting indexed, watching rankings, and ongoing adjustments. Some improvements can be done in the short term, but building steady topical authority and organic traffic usually takes a full cycle.
How is “at least N keyword sets on Google's first page” in the plans measured?+
It's a target written into the contract, not an unconditional guarantee. Before we start, we confirm the contracted keywords, the target market/region, the rank tracking tool, and the measurement period. Search results vary by device, location, personalization, and algorithm changes, so the exact criteria follow the contract signed by both parties.
How much does it cost to add more SEO articles?+
Articles beyond your plan are NT$2,000 each. For specialized industries, interview-based content, or topics that need extra research, we confirm the scope before quoting.
Does the plan fee include a website redesign or extra development?+
For websites our team built, on-site SEO optimization is included in the plan. For other platforms, we provide a recommendation list and specs for your tech team to implement. Extra development, website building, or cross-team work is scoped and priced separately. You can check first through a website audit or a consultation via LINE Official.
06
Timeline
When it starts, when you'll see changes
How long does SEO/GEO take to show results?+
There's no fixed timeline. It depends on your website's condition, how competitive your industry is, and what gets done. Technical fixes can be finished earlier, but rankings, organic traffic, and topical authority take time to build. That's why each plan runs on a full 12-month cycle, with changes reviewed every month.
Do AI search results keep changing?+
Yes. AI platforms' answers and cited sources change constantly, and the same question can get different answers at different times and on different platforms. That's why the Flagship Project regularly monitors scenarios across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews instead of doing it once and stopping.
07
For existing clients
What happens once we are working together
How do you review results and adjust direction during the engagement?+
Every month, we summarize changes in rankings, indexing, content, and visibility, review results and issues, and then set the next month's priorities. If the direction isn't working, we adjust based on the data instead of forcing the original plan through to the end.
Can I upgrade my plan or add content partway through?+
Yes, we can discuss it. Extra articles can be added as needed at NT$2,000 each. Plan changes are assessed based on your website and goals, and you can raise them at the monthly review.
What happens when the contract ends?+
Before it ends, we'll review the year's results and issues together and decide what to focus on next, such as expanding topics, strengthening AI visibility, or shifting focus to turning inquiries into sales. Whether to renew, and with which plan, depends on your needs.
Do you have any SEO/GEO case studies?+
Yes. For the plastic surgery clinic Pandora Aesthetics 潘朵拉美學, short videos serve as the entry point for traffic and content as the main focus, with SEO brought in to lower customer acquisition costs. Its content assets and GEO setup are in progress and being tracked.
08
How it connects to other services
How the services affect each other
Should I start with SEO & GEO or marketing strategy planning?+
If you haven't figured out who you want to be found by and why they should choose you, start with Marketing Strategy Planning or a 60-minute strategy session. Once your positioning is clear, you'll know where to focus keywords and content. If it's already clear, you can start directly with a website audit.
What if people find me but don't inquire or buy?+
That's what customer relationships and the sales process are for. SEO/GEO gets the right people to find you. After that, marketing strategy and customer relationships take over inquiries, sales, and repeat purchases. All three can be handled by the same team.
How do short videos relate to SEO/GEO?+
Short videos make people remember you, and SEO/GEO makes sure they can find you when they search. The two support each other: short videos bring attention, and your website and content catch the searches and research that follow. The key is keeping your brand message consistent.
Do brand visuals affect search performance?+
Visuals themselves aren't a ranking factor, but they affect trust once people land on your site. When someone clicks through from search, whether the first page they see looks professional and matches your other platforms affects whether they keep reading and reach out.
09
Our team & why us
Who does the work, how we are different
Who actually does the SEO & GEO work?+
I handle the overall strategy and priorities, and a specialist team I've worked with long-term handles the technical work, content, and monitoring. Every recommendation comes with the reason, the impact, and the order to do it in, so you know where your money goes.
How are you different from a typical SEO agency?+
I don't just look at rankings. I start from marketing strategy: first confirming who you want to be found by and why they should choose you, then bringing together technical work, content, brand signals, and AI visibility, all the way through to inquiries and sales. You don't just get a report. Your whole website becomes a search asset that keeps building.
Why work with a marketing strategy consultant on SEO?+
Because search is only the first step of the whole journey. I have 18 years of e-commerce marketing experience and 12 years as a serial entrepreneur, on both the brand side and the service side. I know how traffic turns into business, and where resources should go first.
Can you do search optimization for the Indonesian market?+
Yes, let's talk about it. Starting in 2026, I'm taking Taiwanese companies cross-border into Indonesia, and I work with both the Taiwan and Indonesia markets. The actual language, market, and scope are assessed based on your needs. You can check first through a strategy session or a consultation via LINE Official.
