01

The basics

What it is, common misconceptions

What corporate training topics do you offer?
There are two topics right now:
  • Marketing Fundamentals: one session, 2 hours
  • Customer Relationship Management: six sessions, 2 hours each
Which one comes first depends on what your team is missing right now.
What does the Marketing Fundamentals session cover?
It's one 2-hour session covering STP, SWOT, the 7Ps, the 7Cs and the marketing funnel.
The point isn't to teach ad buying or copywriting. It gives your team one shared framework for looking at the market, your customers and your position, so everyone speaks the same language when you discuss marketing.
What do the six Customer Relationship Management sessions cover?
Six sessions, 2 hours each, in this order:
  • (1) The customer journey (2) Appearance and tone of voice that build trust
  • (3) Handling complaints (4) Online and offline relationships
  • (5) Consolidating customer lists
  • (6) A VIP system for differentiated service
Together they cover the full customer path: first contact, service, complaints, customer lists and repeat purchases.
Who in my company should attend?
Marketing Fundamentals suits owners, managers and anyone in marketing or sales, so everyone shares the same understanding of the market and your positioning.
Customer Relationship Management suits front-line reception, customer service, store and sales staff, plus the managers who lead them. We can decide who attends after talking through your situation.

Benefits

Impact on revenue, costs and your team

How does staff training actually help my business?
The most direct benefit: your team gets a shared language and a consistent way of working.
The same customer issue won't be handled differently by every person, and managers don't have to explain everything from scratch each time. I don't promise sales will go up after training, but your service and processes become easier to track and adjust.
Why not just have employees take online courses?
Online courses teach general concepts, and many owners find their team learns a lot but doesn't know what to apply first in their own business.
Corporate training brings the whole team together, and we can discuss your situation beforehand so the content stays close to what your staff deal with every day.
Will training help if customers leave when an employee quits?
Yes, it helps. This is one of the exact problems the Customer Relationship Management course addresses.
The course covers consolidating customer lists and online and offline relationships, so customer relationships belong to the company rather than one person. That lowers handover costs and trial-and-error costs when staff change.
03

Is it right for me?

When to do it, what to prepare

When should a company book Customer Relationship Management training?
It's worth booking if any of these sound familiar:
  • You keep running ads, but nobody follows up on the messages
  • When customers complain, staff jump to explaining, and small issues turn into bad reviews
  • Every staff member serves customers differently
  • Customer data is scattered and never consolidated
When should we start with Marketing Fundamentals?
Start with Marketing Fundamentals when everyone on the team is doing their own thing and marketing discussions never land on the same point.
For example, the owner is thinking about positioning while staff are thinking about social posts, or a next-generation successor wants to bring in new ways of working and the team first needs a shared view of the market.
Is this training suitable for aesthetic clinics or traditional businesses?
Yes. Aesthetic clinics, traditional businesses and SMEs are the clients I mainly work with.
Customer service situations vary by industry, so we can discuss your situation before confirming the course direction.

Timeline

When it starts, when you'll see changes

How far in advance do we need to book training?
How far in advance to book can be discussed through LINE Official.
Once you know which topic you want and roughly how many people will attend, get in touch so we can schedule a date.
How long does it take to complete all six Customer Relationship Management sessions?
The six sessions total 12 hours, at 2 hours each.
Whether to run them back to back or spread them out, and how far apart, can be discussed through LINE Official and planned around your business hours and staff schedules.
07

For existing clients

What happens once we are working together

After one round of training, can you run another session for new hires?
Additional sessions can be arranged through LINE Official.
Staff turnover is normal, and whether new hires need the same foundation can be assessed together based on your team at the time.
What if we want to actually put the new processes into practice after training?
The course builds the concepts and methods. If you need someone on-site to review your operations and implement changes, you can continue with Customer Relationship & Sales Process Optimization.
Whether any follow-up is available after the course can be discussed through LINE Official.
08

How it connects to other services

How the services affect each other

How does Corporate Training relate to Customer Relationship & Sales Process Optimization?
They complement each other: Optimization finds the gaps and adjusts your processes, and training makes sure your staff can carry them out.
The Optimization & Implementation plan (3 months, NT$360,000) already includes two free sessions: Appearance & Tone of Voice and Handling Complaints. Other topics can be discussed through LINE Official if needed.
What's the difference between the Marketing Fundamentals course and Marketing Strategy Planning?
The course helps your team understand frameworks like STP, SWOT, the 7Ps and the 7Cs. Marketing Strategy Planning is where I actually use those frameworks to break down your business, and we build a system you can execute and put into practice together.
Teams that have taken the course find it easier to keep up when the strategy is rolled out.
Should we start with training or a strategy session?
If you already know which concept your team is missing, you can book the course directly.
If you're not sure whether the problem is in marketing, the sales process or front-line service, start with a 60-minute strategy session (NT$2,000) to set priorities before deciding.
09

Our team & why us

Who does the work, how we are different

Who teaches the training?
I teach it myself: Nicole Chen (陳宇芹).
I hold two certifications from 中華人事主管協會 (Taiwan), Certified Training & Development Manager and Certified Customer Relationship Service Manager (CRMS), and I have spoken on marketing strategy planning and short video at the EMBA program of National Taipei University of Business.
How much teaching and hands-on experience do you have?
I have 18 years of e-commerce marketing experience and 12 years as a serial entrepreneur, and I started running my own courses around 2022.
The course content comes from actually running brands, serving customers and leading teams, not just theory.
How are you different from a typical corporate trainer?
I've built brands, started businesses and carried out work for clients on the service side, so I understand both what owners are thinking and where front-line staff get stuck.
That's why I teach from a business owner's perspective, focusing on methods your staff can actually use.

Didn't find your question?
